Important Information

  • Staff are classified as “Independent Contractors,” so traditional employee compensation structures do not apply.
  • Compensation is based on your hourly rate. Your pay will be the full amount without deductions or mandatory contributions affecting your monthly earnings.
  • Benefits such as HMO, leave credits, 13th month pay, and SSS are not provided. However, you can continue with your mandated contributions individually or as a voluntary member. Additionally, should a client choose to offer these benefits, you may be eligible for them.
  • Adherence to work schedules is essential. Your schedule will align with the client’s time zone, and holidays will be observed based on the client’s location, in addition to universal holidays like Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter.
  • We offer long-term roles with a minimum duration of 1 year, potentially extending further. If your contract is terminated, you will only be paid for the days worked up to your last day, with no separation pay.
  • Salaries cover the current month’s worked hours and are credited to your bank account between the 5th and 10th of the following month. For more information on payouts, please contact our People & Culture team after being hired.
  • Your computer must have our proprietary time-tracking software installed, which takes random screenshots during working hours.
