Answered!

How Do I Get an Online Job?

Kickstart your remote career by creating a job seeker account. Then, craft an outstanding profile—highlight all your skills, experience, and qualifications. Once that’s set, start applying for jobs that catch your eye. It’s your time to shine!

Why Are Some Jobs Deactivated?

If a job is deactivated, it means the position has been filled and is no longer available. Like a good book at the library, someone else has checked it out!

Do I Need to Submit Identification?

Yes, to ensure our platform remains safe and secure, we require a government-issued ID to verify your name and address. We conduct background checks and may even arrange a (virtual) visit to confirm you have the internet and home office setup suitable for remote work.

How Long Does It Take to Get Hired?

Timing can vary. Some candidates land a job in less than 24 hours, while others may take a week or two. It all depends on you and the employers or clients. Remember, there’s no guarantee of employment. We conduct initial interview screenings, practical tests, and personality assessments. Final candidates proceed to client interviews, after which we collaborate with the client to select the best fit. Successful candidates will receive a job offer email from us.

Can I Create a Profile and Apply for Online Jobs While Also Working a Regular Office Job?

Yes, you can. Nothing is stopping you from holding two jobs. However, it’s important to treat your online job with the same professionalism as your local one. If your employer asks about additional employment, honesty is the best policy.

How Do I Get Paid?

Set up a free GCash, local Philippine bank account, or Payoneer account through the Remote WorkX Consulting Staff Portal. We’ll pay you via our secure payment system, and your salary will be deposited into your chosen account. Please note, requesting or receiving payments outside of our Staff Portal is against our terms of service and may result in a permanent ban.

What Happens If I Provide False Information on My Profile?

We have real people (and smart technology) at Remote WorkX Consulting reviewing profiles. If you’re caught providing false information, you risk being banned from the platform. Please uphold integrity and only share truthful information.

What Kind of Online Work Will I Be Doing?

The opportunities are vast! With thousands of part-time and full-time work-from-home jobs posted on Remote WorkX, you could be hired as an accountant, virtual assistant, digital marketer, data entry specialist, content writer, web developer—the list goes on. The possibilities are endless!

Working Hours

We align with the client’s schedule, which means you’ll follow their time zone and observe their holidays. Flexibility is key in the world of remote work!

What Happens If We Encounter Internet Issues, Power Outages, or PC Problems?

We understand that technical difficulties can occur. If you experience internet issues, power outages, or computer problems, please inform your client and our support team immediately. We have policies in place to address these situations, but timely communication is essential to minimize any impact on your work.

Do I Work Full-Time or Part-Time? What Is Considered Full-Time and Part-Time?

You have the option to work either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and the job requirements. Full-time positions typically involve around 40 hours per week, while part-time roles are usually up to 20 hours per week. Be sure to check the specific details in each job posting.

Can I Have More Than Two Clients on Remote WorkX?

To ensure you can effectively manage your workload and maintain high-quality work, you may have either one full-time engagement or two part-time engagements. This helps keep your schedule balanced and your clients happy.
